She has background in traditional and digital marketing and has worked extensively with junior public companies, serving as Corporate Secretary, Marketing Manager, Investor Communications and as a member of the Board of Directors.
Since 2017 Ms. Dalaire had been the portfolio investment trustee at Investing News Network (Dig Media Inc.) and is currently the acting Corporate Secretary and Investors & Communication Manager at Pac Roots Cannabis Corp. (CSE: PACR). She established Dalaire Corporate Services, a consulting company for publicly traded issuers in 2008.
