Patrick Elliott, MSc. MBA
Mr. Elliott has over 17 years experience in mineral exploration and resource sector finance and marketing experience. He is an accomplished economic geologist with a BSc. in Geology from the University of Western Ontario, a MSc. in Mineral Economics and an MBA in Finance from Curtin University of Technology in Perth, Australia.
Mr. Elliott is currently a director of Element 29 Resources (TSX-V: ECU), President, CEO and Director at Pac Roots Cannabis Corp. (CSE: PACR), President and CEO of Lexore Capital Corp., a private resource investment company and VP Corp Dev and Strategy at Globetrotters Resources Group, a private Peruvian copper company.
Mr. Elliott has over 10 years of professional experience in mineral exploration working extensively throughout North and South America as well as the Former Soviet Union for several reputable junior miners. Prior to his current tenure, he was involved as a project geologist in the exploration discoveries and resource development of Midas Gold’s world class Golden Meadows Deposit (Feasibility) in Idaho, USA and AQM Copper now TECK’s Zafranal Copper Deposit (Pre-Feasibility) in Peru.
He specializes in economic resource project evaluation, financial modelling, CAPEX estimation, and mining finance. Combined with his technical knowledge, he has a wealth of contacts in the financial sector including contacts in retail, institutional, corporate finance, research and venture capital. He also has extensive experience in project management, corporate promotion, and investor relations and has helped raise capital for several representative junior mining companies.
Samantha Shorter
Mrs. Shorter has over a decade of experience in providing reporting, assurance and accounting services to private and publicly traded companies. She left public practice in 2011, where she acted in the capacity of Audit Manager with a major Canadian accounting firms and has since taken on a variety of leadership roles. Working with resources companies in diverse jurisdictions, she has experience in international treasury, tax and operations management.

Mrs. Shorter completed a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours at the University of British Columbia. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA,CA) and Certified Internal Auditor.
Paul Johnston, PhD.
Mr. Johnston is a professional geologist with 30 years experience in the mining industry. His career as a mine geologist began at the Hemlo Gold deposit with Noranda. In 1996, he joined the exploration group at Teck Resources Limited (TSX-V: TECK) and amassed extensive international experience in early to advanced stage exploration through a variety of technical and management roles in Southeast Asia, Australia, North America, and South America, including Regional Chief Geoscientist for South America.

He holds a PhD from Queen’s University and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia. Mr. Johnston’s extensive international experience in early to advanced stage exploration for gold, copper and zinc is a great asset to the company.
Manuel Montoya, MSc.
Mr. Montoya has over 36 years of experience in the mining and oil & gas industry. He started his career as a Mining Exploration Geologist and Senior Geologist with the Peruvian Geological Survey. Next, he spent 14 years working in the Petroleum Industry in Peru as a Senior Exploration and Production Geologist for all Peruvian oil operations and later as a consultant.
Mr. Montoya has over 36 years of experience in the mining and oil & gas industry. He started his career as a Mining Exploration Geologist and Senior Geologist with the Peruvian Geological Survey. Next, he spent 14 years working in the Petroleum Industry in Peru as a Senior Exploration and Production Geologist for all Peruvian oil operations and later as a consultant.
In the last 17 years, he has worked in the mining industry as a Chief Geologist for Cominco Peru, Chief Geologist of the Andes Exploration Group in South America for Teck Cominco and recently as a Principal Geologist of the Andes Exploration Group for Teck. During the past 6 years, he has been involved in project generation, strategic planning, evaluations and recommendations for Teck throughout South America (Peru, Chile, Argentina, Ecuador and Colombia).
Mr. Montoya is currently VP of Exploration, General Manager for South America at GlobeTrotter Resources Group.
Mr. Montoya has worked on a diverse group of projects that includes Porphyries, Epithermals, CRD-Skarns, MVT’s, VMS’s, Sedex, Orogenics and IOCG’s, etc. He was responsible for the Zafranal Cu-Au porphyry discovery in Southern Peru for Teck.
Anna Dalaire
Ms. Dalaire has over 15 years of corporate compliance and investor communications experience. This unique combination of knowledge gives her a solid understanding of all facets of managing a public company and helps ensure the marketing efforts are compliant under relevant regulations. She plays a key role in providing services and advice to the Board and Management, ensuring positive communication and a constructive working relationship exists between both.
Ms. Dalaire has over 15 years of corporate compliance and investor communications experience. She has background in traditional and digital marketing and has worked extensively with junior public companies, serving as Corporate Secretary, Marketing Manager, Investor Communications and as a member of the Board of Directors.
Since 2017 Ms. Dalaire had been the portfolio investment trustee at Investing News Network (Dig Media Inc.) and is currently the acting Corporate Secretary and Investors & Communication Manager at Pac Roots Cannabis Corp. (CSE: PACR). She established Dalaire Corporate Services, a consulting company for publicly traded issuers in 2008.
