Richard Osmond, MSc.
Mr. Osmond has over 25 years of experience in the mining sector including experience with INCO (VBNC), Falconbridge and Anglo American. He was involved in exploration discoveries at Vale's Voisey's Bay deposit and Glencore's Raglan mine. Currently he is the President of GlobeTrotters Resources Group, a private copper exploration company in Peru.

He served as a senior technical leader at Anglo American, where he was responsible for North America and Europe focused on Ni exploration in northern Canada, Alaska and Scandinavia as well as IOCG and porphyry Cu-Mo exploration in Mexico and Alaska.
Mr. Osmond also has over 14 years executive experiences; having been part of several management teams of junior mining companies, mostly focused on porphyry Cu-Mo (Au) and epithermal Au systems in Latin America.
Patrick Elliott, MSc. MBA
Mr. Elliott has over 17 years experience in mineral exploration and resource sector finance and marketing experience. He is an accomplished economic geologist with a BSc. in Geology from the University of Western Ontario, a MSc. in Mineral Economics and an MBA in Finance from Curtin University of Technology in Perth, Australia.

Mr. Elliott is currently a director of Element 29 Resources (TSX-V: ECU), President, CEO and Director at Pac Roots Cannabis Corp. (CSE: PACR), President and CEO of Lexore Capital Corp., a private resource investment company and VP Corp Dev and Strategy at Globetrotters Resources Group, a private Peruvian copper company.
Mr. Elliott has over 10 years of professional experience in mineral exploration working extensively throughout North and South America as well as the Former Soviet Union for several reputable junior miners. Prior to his current tenure, he was involved as a project geologist in the exploration discoveries and resource development of Midas Gold’s world class Golden Meadows Deposit (Feasibility) in Idaho, USA and AQM Copper now TECK’s Zafranal Copper Deposit (Pre-Feasibility) in Peru.
He specializes in economic resource project evaluation, financial modelling, CAPEX estimation, and mining finance. Combined with his technical knowledge, he has a wealth of contacts in the financial sector including contacts in retail, institutional, corporate finance, research and venture capital. He also has extensive experience in project management, corporate promotion, and investor relations and has helped raise capital for several representative junior mining companies.
Stephanie Ashton, MA.
Ms. Ashton has over 24 years in the area of natural resources, specifically, exploration and development of mining projects in Latin America, and more recently in Turkey and Utah.

She has participated in the start-up of both junior exploration companies and mining services companies, assisting with their corporate development and financing through the companies’ growth stages: assisting with IPOs, negotiating Joint Venture or other value accretive transactions, supporting investor relations, and supervising/ overseeing accounting, auditing.
She has served on the boards of junior mining companies, and as an officer in the capacity of Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Corporate Development, including founder, director and CFO of AQM Copper Inc., with projects in Peru and Chile between 2005 and 2012.
Ms. Ashton has collaborated with an extensive international network of professionals and service providers related to the mineral sector. While based in Santiago Chile, she was a regular contributor to opinion columns in the magazine, “Minería Chilena”. Stephanie is a graduate of Cal Poly State University for International business, holds a Master’s degree in International Tax and Legal Strategy from Hautes Etudes Commerciales, Paris, France, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Mineral Economics from the Universidad of Chile, Santiago, Chile. She is fluent in Spanish, French and English.
Doug Turnbull, P.Geo., H.B.Sc.
Mr. Turnbull is a Professional Geoscientist with over 30 years’ experience in diamond, precious and base metal exploration. He received a B.Sc. (Honours in Geology) from Lakehead University in 1988, and is a Qualified Professional Geoscientist recognized by the EGBC.

Mr. Turbull is the President of Lakehead Geological Services Inc., a consulting company since 1990. He is a member of the Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia.
Mr. Turnbull had a long tenure with Oromin Exploration Ltd, as geologist and Director until its takeover by Teranga Gold Corp. in 2013. Mr. Turnbull has managed and served on the boards of several junior exploration and mining companies with assets ranging from early stage to advanced projects worldwide.
Mr. Turnbull was part of teams responsible for the exploration and development of the Eskay Creek Gold Deposit in British Columbia, Canada, the Petaquilla Cu-Au Porphyry Deposit in Panama, the Mt. Kare Gold Deposit in Papua New Guinea and the OJVG/Sabodala Gold Deposits in Senegal.
He currently serves as Exploration and Technical Advisor for Black Dragon Gold Corp.

Dr. Henricksen h is a highly regarded economic field geologist with over five decades of exploration experience. He holds a BSc in Geology from the University of Wisconsin, and a Ph.D. in Economic Geology from Oregon State University.

Dr. Henricksen was the recipient of the Association for Mineral Exploration of British Columbia's 2018 Colin Spence Award for Excellence in Global Mineral Exploration. He received this notable award in recognition of his outstanding contributions to mineral discovery, and for being involved in some monumental discoveries and acquisitions across the world.
Dr. Henricksen has successfully worked on 40 mineral exploration projects in over 14 countries on 6 continents. In 2012, Dr. Henricksen served as Vice President of Exploration for Aegean Metals Group Inc., leading the senior field team in identifying, evaluating and acquiring two high-grade gold-copper prospects (VMS Hot Maden and Ergama) in Turkey. Prior to this, Dr. Henricksen served as senior field geologist for Apoquindo Minerals Inc., which won a bid from Teck Resources to explore and develop a copper-gold deposit (Zafranal) in Peru, resulting in more than 400 million tons of copper.
In addition to many other successful exploration projects, he served as a member of the Arctic exploration team that successfully identified the Red Dog mine in Alaska, now the world's largest zinc reserves. Operated by Teck Resources in partnership with NANA Development Corporation, Red Dog's gross profit in 2017 was $971 million. Before this, Dr. Henricksen led efforts to secure the Eskay Creek mine for US Borax Inc. (a subsidiary of Rio Tinto), which, during the period of Dr. Henricksen's involvement, became the world's highest-grade gold mine and the fifth largest silver mine by volume.
Dr. Henricksen is the Founder of Plan B Minerals Corp. (now Forte Minerals Corp.) a mineral exploration company focused on high-grade gold and copper assets.

Business Administration degree with a Master Degree in International Business Administration and Post graduate specialization in Mining and Environmental Law. Also having post graduate specialization in organization and business administration and achieved International Management Programs in Harvard Business School and Tonji University in Shanghai. Over the last years has held senior positions in which was responsible for company administration, developing and managing company policies. Along with coordinating procedures, budget development analysis, cost control, management of mining concessions, permitting process for mineral exploration activities, company contracts, reporting obligations to mining authorities, stock exchange and governmental entities.
Fernando Alva
More than 30 years of professional experience working for public and private sector, financial entities and mining exploration companies such as Mawson Resources, Altynor Peru SAC, Tinka Resources, Darwin Peru SAC, SFP Drilling SAC, HPX Peru Holdings SAC; Giving him the knowledge of planning, process improvement, control of results, budget development and Management of various companies, The negotiation of contracts, human resources, logistics and general administration also helped his career. Experience dealing with social and environmental regulations for mining projects, interacting with government authorities and investors. Bilingual (Spanish / English). Chartered Administrative Engineer with a Master Degree in Management and Administration - Postgraduate School of the UPC. Participation in management programs at Harvard University and at the EOI Business School. Postgraduate specialization in Mining and Environmental Law - ESAN.
